Episode 10: Tracy Billows

Tracy Billows is the founder and co-owner of Yogatown. The first location opened over 12 years ago and has now expanded to 3 locations across Ottawa. The best word to describe the true essence of Yogatown is TOWNIE. By definition, townie affectionately describes someone who has been a part of a town for their entire life. That is Yogatown - your home away from home. The kind of place where you feel accepted like a ‘regular’ right from your first visit. The studio is about so much more than yoga. It is about connection, belonging, and family.

Yoga is such an important part of Tracy’s life. She was introduced to it over 20 years ago when going through a challenging break up and experiencing deep depression. Yoga quite literally saved her life back then, and it continues to be her anchor and guiding light in life.

Tracy also has a passion for learning about all things health related. From cold plunges to green juice to energy healing, she is constantly learning and trying new things to help keep her youthful, energetic and vibrant.

She owns and runs the studios with her husband Jason and together they have 2 amazing children - Caelan & Charlotte.
